We collaborate with leading financial institutions, including Access Bank Ghana, Republic Bank and  FNB  However we work with other banks of your choice that provide mortgage facility

Mortgage repayment periods typically range from 5 to 15 years, depending on the applicant’s age, income, and the bank’s terms.

Yes, early repayment is generally allowed by the Bank However, some banks may apply an early repayment fee. It is advisable to confirm the terms with your lender.

In certain cases, Nestas Homes may offer flexible arrangements or structured payment plans to help clients meet their obligations, subject to internal policies and approval.
